Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Authors should upload their blind extended abstract (leaving out the names of authors and their affiliations to review) as the initial submission to the portal, and details of ALL AUTHORS must be added to the DECLARATION FORM. Use the prescribed template. Here.
  • Extended abstracts submitted with author details will not be considered for review, and authors will be requested to resubmit according to the instructions given above.
  • Research work presented or published elsewhere will not be considered.
  • If plagiarism is detected, the extended abstracts will be rejected without further consideration.
  • Please submit the camera-ready extended abstract using the prescribed template. Here.

The extended abstracts are invited in the following tracks.

This track delves into the forefront of technological evolution, exploring cutting-edge developments in AI, data science, and IoT. Topics include advancements in Data Science methodologies for anomaly detection in large-scale datasets, and innovative approaches on the Internet of Things (IoT) domain, particularly exploring edge computing techniques for real-time data processing and analysis in smart city applications.

From renewable energy sources to power grid optimization, this track examines the latest advancements in energy generation, transmission, and distribution. Topics include sustainable energy solutions, smart grid technologies, and the integration of renewables into existing infrastructure.

This track focuses on the interdisciplinary field of mechatronics, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles. Areas covered are innovations in robotics, automation, and control systems, driving advancements in manufacturing, healthcare, and beyond.

This track celebrates the fusion of architectural design with cultural, social, and technological influences. Topics include innovative design concepts, sustainable architecture principles, and the impact of digital tools on the built environment.

From infrastructure development to environmental conservation, this track highlights the intersection of civil engineering with the natural sciences. Areas covered are sustainable construction practices, urban planning, environmental remediation, and disaster resilience.
